Quite ordinary at first glance provincial Russian town — Veliky Guslar — is the only place on Earth where communication with aliens is carried out. Here you can see them on the streets literally everyday.
For residents of the city, everyday anomalies are in the order of things, they are used to them and do not pay any attention. The main purpose of life here is the struggle to preserve the secrets of their hometown from the outside world.
The regular life of the city is changing when a new Mayor — Eduard Belinsky arrives in town. His goal is to reveal the secrets of Guslar to the whole world to attract tourist flow.
Timofey Molodtsov, the Head of the only Home Owner Association in Veliky Guslar, who undertakes the mission to prevent these plans, unites the residents of the city in the fight against the new Mayor.
The only thing that complicates Timofey’s mission is that in this city outstanding events take place every single day.
