Veliky Guslar looks like a perfectly ordinary provincial Russian town — except it is the only place on Earth where chatting with aliens is as normal as buying bread, and you can bump into visitors from other planets on the streets every single day. For the locals, flying saucers, time glitches, and strange neighbors are just part of the scenery, and their main concern is keeping the town’s wonderful weirdness a secret from the outside world.

Everything changes when an over‑enthusiastic new mayor, Eduard Belinsky, arrives determined to turn Guslar into the galaxy’s top tourist destination by revealing all its mysteries. Timofey Molodtsov, the slightly fussy head of the town’s only Homeowners Association, takes it upon himself to stop this madness and protect Guslar’s quiet, bizarre charm. Together with the residents — human and otherwise — Timofey faces a fresh dose of delightful chaos in every episode, because in a town where something extraordinary happens every single day, keeping a low profile is the most impossible (and funniest) mission of all.
