Muslim Magomayev, an Azerbaijani who sings Soviet opera and pop, he’s dubbed the "Soviet Sinatra". While filming a concert for TV, he meets Tamara Sinyavskaya, a charming opera singer.
The king of the Soviet stage and a rising Bolshoi Theater star, from the very first sight, a spark of attraction flashes between them, and it proves to be the start of a great love. There’s a problem though, Sinyavskaya is married, and Magomaev isn’t free either. However, true love knows no barriers, and fate brings the lovers together again. This time in Paris.
