Magomaev (The Greatest)

Season 1

In the late 1960s, at the height of the Brezhnev era, Azerbaijani singer Muslim Magomayev — the "Soviet Sinatra" of opera and pop — meets enchanting young opera talent Tamara Sinyavskaya during a televised concert recording. A king of the Soviet stage and a rising Bolshoi star, they feel an instant, powerful attraction, but there is one obstacle: both are already married. Yet true love refuses to yield to circumstance, and fate brings them together again in Paris, where their forbidden romance turns into a great love story that defies distance, duty, and the rules of their time.
